BORA BORA

I chose Bora Bora as my dream vacation because of how secluded it is – it’s an island. I want to be able to take this trip at a later point in my life when I am settled down with a career. I feel as if this will be the perfect getaway for me since the career I want to enter into is a very fast-paced, high-pressure job. The timing of the trip will allow me to relax for 3 days and leave all technology and bonds behind. I purposely want to experience this trip alone because being alone allows me to refocus and realign my goals – in all honesty I would rather take this trip right this second, but an expensive and distant trip like this must be earned.
Another reason Bora Bora is my dream vacation is because of how simple yet beautiful the island is. Throughout my life, I have only visited two countries – U.S. and India. Both countries are nothing like Bora Bora in any way, shape or form. This is my dream vacation, because it is one of the most exhilarating destinations I can imagine. It lacks the familiarity of my parent’s birthplace and the country just like the one I live in – India and U.S. respectively. Bora Bora is different, it is an exotic island with white sandy beaches and turquoise blue water. Small, comfortable lodges adorn the beaches.
The final reason I chose Bora Bora is the atmosphere. Since it is tourist intensive, psychologically speaking everything will relax me. Nothing on the island will remind me of work or any responsibilities.
That is my dream vacation: isolated, foreign and relieving.
